The Water Quality Centre
is a wholly owned business within Thames Water Utilities. All test work undertaken by the Water Quality Centre is undertaken on a strictly confidential basis.
All information provided by yourself concerning product testing commissions, including formulation and process details/methods of manufacture, will be treated as confidential and will not be made available to any third party (including other employees of Thames Water plc group), without your prior written consent.
All report(s), prepared upon the basis of tests undertaken on your product(s), will be treated as confidential and will not be made available to any third party (including other employees of Thames Water Utilities Limited), without your prior written consent.
Copies of all reports and associated laboratory records will be held in lockable storage facilities for a period not exceeding
6 years from despatch of the final report(s) to you. If required all other confidential information provided by yourself will be returned to you or destroyed by shredding, upon completion of the appropriate test commission or any follow-up consultancy.
All confidential verbal information, acquired and committed to paper by The Water Quality Centre staff during testing, or as part of any follow-up consultancy, will be disposed of by shredding, at your request; otherwise it will be held with the test report(s) as specified above.
All consultancy is given on a confidential basis; we are willing to enter into a written confidentiality agreement if needed.
